Truls Velgaard, assumed new CEO Wegener
Following the resignation of the current CEO of Koninklijke Wegener NV (Wegener),
Truls Velgaard, CEO of Mecom Norway and Poland, will assume executive responsibility for Wegener within Mecom with immediate effect, pending his formal appointment as Chairman of the Management Board at a meeting of Wegener’s shareholders to be convened as soon as practicable.
