Joop Munsterman leaves Wegener
Koninklijke Wegener NV (“Wegener”) and Mr J.V. Munsterman announce that Mr Munsterman will resign as Chairman of the Management Board with immediate effect. He will remain as an adviser to the Board until 1st January 2011.
Mr Munsterman joined Wegener in 1967. After having served in various managerial positions he was appointed to the Management Board in Spring 2008. In the summer of 2008 he was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board.
Wegener acknowledges the very special contribution of Mr Munsterman to Wegner over many years. Wegener expresses its gratitude to Mr Munsterman and wishes him all the best for the future.
